The final road course event of the 2025 IndyCar season was contested on Sunday, with drivers battling on the 1.96-mile course in Portland, Oregon.

Will Power was embroiled in a struggle against Christian Lundgaard and Alex Palou in the final 20 laps, but the veteran was able to keep his run mistake-free and he earned his first win of the 2025 season.

Christian Lundgaard finished second after fending off multiple attacks from Palou, and earned another podium and another trophy to add to his collection.

Alex Palou had a solid race and finished third, which was more than good enough for him to clinch his fourth drivers championship in five seasons.

Unfortunately for Pato O’Ward, he suffered a power unit issue in the early portion of the race, and had to come to pit lane for repairs. He finished in 25th, 10 laps down.

There are two more races in the season, with the short ovals of Milwaukee and Nashville coming up next.
